Without the full reference number, including the full card number plus the prefix "ES", we will not be able to apply the funds to your Sterling account. Please note it can take up to 3 working days for the funds to become available for you to spend on your pre-paid card.

Please note:

  • To top up your Sterling Card account at your bank branch or over the phone, use the same details above
  • The account and sort code details can only be used for putting money into your account
  • You can top up your pre-paid card by cash or cheque in a bank branch, however this is subject to a delay
